Webb LLC

Approach

What I’m looking for, what a first conversation is like, and what I’ll commit to in writing.

What I’m looking for

Location
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and surrounding Southern Nevada.
Revenue
$500,000 to $5 million.
Earnings
$150,000 to $1 million in seller’s discretionary earnings.
Profile
Established five years or more, with a stable customer base and an owner looking to retire or step back from day-to-day operations.
Sectors
Home and commercial services, manufacturing, and niche B2B. Open to a good business outside these.

For owners and brokers

If you’re weighing a sale — this year or in three years — a first conversation costs nothing and stays between us. No listing agreement required, and nothing gets shopped around.

I won’t re-trade the price after we’ve agreed on it.

Brokers: I’ll sign an NDA, respond quickly, and tell you early if it isn’t a fit. I know a first-time buyer is a risk on your end — I’d rather be easy to check out than oversell myself.

Questions I get asked

Are you a broker?

No. Webb LLC is buying for its own account. There’s no commission and nothing for you to sign to talk to me.

Have you bought a business before?

No. This would be my first, and I’d rather say so plainly than have you find out later.

How is a purchase financed?

SBA 7(a), with personal capital for the equity injection. I’m in underwriting with a lender now.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before we get into any detail, if that’s what you prefer.

What if my business doesn’t match your criteria?

Reach out anyway. The ranges above are where I’m focused, not a wall — I’m open to a good business outside them.
